Live Sound & Event Production
To ensure the seamless execution of your event and the safety of our team and professional equipment, all bookings with Maximum Winds are subject to the following standard service terms:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to firmly secure your event date. No dates or gear availability will be held without a cleared deposit. The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full by EOD on the day of the event, prior to the start of the performance.

We understand that event schedules can change. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the initial deposit only. Cancellations or major schedule modifications made less than 7 days prior to the event will be subject to a fee equal to 75% of the total contract value. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled load-in time will be billed at 100% of the total quoted amount.

Base packages include travel within a standard 20-mile radius of our shop location. Events outside this service area, or those requiring transit through high-congestion zones will incur a standard transport premium of $2.00 per mile.

Our standard package pricing assumes direct, ground-level stage access with standard ramps. Venues requiring complex load-ins—including but not limited to multi-story service elevators, secure parking garage navigation, tight stairwells, or hauls exceeding 100 feet from the loading zone—will incur a dedicated logistical labor fee of $50–$100 depending on the scope. Please specify these venue constraints during the quoting phase to avoid day-of delays or adjustments.

The client is entirely responsible for providing dedicated, stable, and grounded AC power circuits within 20 feet of the mixing and stage areas. For outdoor or backyard events, the client must ensure adequate protection from direct sunlight, wind, and moisture. If a venue lacks stable power and requires us to supply or source specialized heavy-duty extensions or silent inverter generators, these infrastructure costs will be itemized and billed directly to the client.
